How to order the Special Edition Tickets

Minimum order quantity: 2 tickets (hardtickets with special printing)

Immediately after ordering you will receive a confirmation via E-mail. So please enter your e-mail correctly.

Orders within germany are shipped by cash on delivery. Outside Germany via prepayment. Sendings are made once a week so delievery time will be at the most – depending on the promptness of the post-office -10 days.

National Sendings

In addition to the basic price we charge 5,95 for postage no matter how many tickets you order (but minimum ist two tickets). If you are not at home the postman leaves a notice and you can pick up the tickets within 7 days at your post office. At the post office you have the possibility to pay cash or per Cash Card

International Sendings

For sendings outside of Germany we only have the possibility to ask our guests to pay in advance. The sendings for cash on delivery is much too expensive. After ordering we´ll send you an e-mail with our banking details. As soon as the money reaches us we will send your tickets via registered mail, so your tickets cant´get lost. You also have to be at home and confirm the receipt or you pick it up later at the post office. Price ist the basic price for the tickets plus 5,95 € for postage.

Damaged Sendings

Please pay attention that the sendings are not damaged, if necessary open the letter while the postman is present. Don´t accept damaged goods, with this you will confirm to the post office that you received a proper sending.

Rights of cancelation & return/Lost Tickets

The return or exchange of the ticket is generally excluded. Services in the field of leisure events, particularly entrance tickets for events, there shall be no distance contract in accordance with the German Civil Code § 312g. This means that there shall be no two-week right of withdrawal and return. Each order of entrance tickets shall thus be binding and there shall be an obligation to purchase and pay for the ordered tickets.

Return is only possibly if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. There will be no refunds in case of losing the ticket.

Final clauses

All information we need for the sending of the orders and requests will be saved in our system and will not be passed on or made assessable to a third person.

All prices shown are € (EURO) prices. Price changes and errors are exepted.

The delivered goods remain our property until the full payment is done.

The place of performance for goods, services, payments and jurisdiction is Hamburg, provided the buyer/purchaser is an entrepreneur defined § 14 BGB.

Valid is only the law of the Republic of Germany excluding the UN-Sales-Convention (CISG)

Should single provisions be or become invalid in these terms of conditions then thereby the validity of the remaining will be unaffected.
